    Healthy Arabic Recipes. When you think of Arabic food, does healthy come to mind? A lot of traditional Arabic food is definitely very heavy. Flatbread and white rice are a staple in Arabic cooking.

    But, I have taken those traditional Middle Eastern recipes and made healthy substitutions! Eat healthy during Ramadan this year with my tasty good for you Arabic recipes!

    I have healthy Palestinian recipes, like Musakhan, made with wheat bread and less oil. I made shawarma in the air fryer, Sfiha (Arabic pizza) with wheat flour instead of white. I even have a good for you dessert, iftar stuffed dates.

    These healthy Middle Eastern recipes are all made by a registered dietitian. So you know that what you are cooking is actually good for you!
