Muffins are just tasty breakfast breads in hand held form! They're such an easy thing to make ahead for the week for a healthy on the go breakfast.
And, if you're making them with a wheat or an oat flour in place of white, they can be a healthy easy breakfast option. Most of my healthy muffins are made with no sugar, no refined white flour, with vegan options. Plus other healthy add in ingredients like pumpkin, cacao powder, and more!
