Brush every 2 layers of phyllo dough with butter.

Top with finely chopped walnuts mixed with ground cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the top. Repeat this step 7-8 times.

Bake and then immediately pour honey syrup over the top when baklava is hot. This is the secret to getting it crispy!
