Start your Middle Eastern shortbread cookie dough by beating sugar into butter.

Next knead the flour in until a dough forms. Chill the Arabic butter cookie dough.

Roll graybeh into 1 tablespoon sized balls.

Press either a pistachio or an almond into each graybeh cookie.

Bake until golden brown.

Cool and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy these delicious Arabic cookies!
