Smoothie bowls make an excellent summer dessert! Made with healthy high antioxidant fruit, they are great for kids and families. 

This recipe is made with 4 frozen fruits, but you can use any fruit that you like!

gather ingredients

Pick your frozen fruit of choice and any kind of milk.

Add ingredients to a blender.

start blending

Start blender on low and push frozen fruit down.

keep blending

Keep blending until there is no frozen fruit left.

scoop

Scoop smoothie into a bowl, smooth out the top, add toppings and enjoy!
