Ingredients
  

For the smoothie bowl base

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup milk of choice

Optional (for a healthy breakfast smoothie bowl)

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon any nut butter or add on top

For the smoothie bowl toppings

  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Kiwi balls
  • Raspberries
  • Hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add the pineapple and milk to your blender.
  • Blend until no frozen fruit chunks remain.
  • Scoop into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
