Easy and Delicious Classic Oatmeal

I love a classic bowl of oats. You can top it with whatever you like and it’s always so filling. Oats are so easy to make ahead into overnight oats too! I love to bring the oats in a glass container to work with me on busy mornings when I can’t seem to get up after the alarm clock rings for the first time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flax milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Topped with:
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ dark chocolate protein bar
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • In a pan over medium heat combine the oats and milk/water until thick and bubbly.
  • Remove from heat and pour into a bowl or container. Top with all of your favorite toppings and enjoy warm!

Notes

If you're making these the night ahead, just combine all into a glass container and put in the fridge. The next morning, you can heat this up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. It makes a quick and easy breakfast!
