5 great smoothie recipes with veggies! I love getting some of my daily vegetables in smoothies. These are perfect for everyone in the family: babies, toddlers, kids and parents!

Ingredients
  

Cauliflower triple berry smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower chunks steamed then frozen
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup blueberry Greek yogurt

Zucchini cherry smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen zucchini chunks
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1 cup frozen pink pitaya (pink dragon fruit)
  • ½ cup cherry Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Avocado pineapple smoothie:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ fresh or frozen avocado
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds

Banana beet greens smoothie:

  • 4 whole beet leaves (stems included)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon flax seeds

Strawberry beet smoothie:

  • 1 fresh whole beet
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 apple, peeled and cored
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon flax seeds

Instructions
 

  • For each smoothie, simply add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy!
