  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ½ cup yogurt of choice I used vanilla coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk or coconut water

  • In your blender, add all of the mango dragon fruit smoothie ingredients.

  • Blend until your smoothie is completely smooth and no chunks of mango or dragon fruit remain. You may see the dragon fruit seeds still and this is fine!
