Ingredients
  

For the pink dragon fruit smoothie bowl base:

  • 2 cups Frozen pink dragon fruit aka pink pitaya
  • 2 Frozen bananas sub frozen pineapple or mango
  • ½ cup Milk of choice

Optional for more protein/ fat:

  • 2 tablespoon Hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop Protein or collagen powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender.
