In a medium bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, sea salt.
In a separate bowl mash the banana. Add the egg, milk, and the melted coconut oil. Stir to combine.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with ~1 teaspoon of oil.
Add a scoop of the pancake to the center. (I use ¼ measuring cup***)
Flip the pancake when the surface bubbles have popped. Cook until golden brown on the other side.
Top with your favorite toppings!

*If you don’t have oat flour, it is so easy to make your own (and cheaper) at home. You just put whole oats into a blender, food processor or coffee grinder and process till you get a flour like texture. ** I used pop joy blue spirulina. You can find this one on my amazon shop page in foods ***¼ cup makes small pancakes, if you like larger ones, try using ½ cup scoop or larger! Just make sure you use a bigger spatula!
