This delicious and refreshing St Germain cocktail makes the perfect winter drink recipe! My St Germain cocktail is made with elderflower liquor, vodka, cranberry, lemon, and rosemary simple syrup. Throw this St Germain vodka cocktail together in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients
  

For the rosemary simple syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon dried rosemary

For the St Germain cocktail:

  • 4 oz Grey Goose vodka
  • 2 oz St Germain liqueur
  • 4 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 2 lemons, juiced

Instructions
 

How to make the rosemary simple syrup:

  • In a small saucepan add sugar, water, and dried rosemary.
    Bring this mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and then strain the rosemary simple syrup through a small mesh drink strainer into a glass container.
    Let your syrup cool completely before using it in your St Germain cocktail recipe below.

How to make the St Germain Cocktail:

  • Grab your cocktail shaker and add vodka, st Germain, rosemary simple syrup, cranberry juice, and the juice of 2 lemons.
    Add a couple of ice cubes. Cover your drink shaker and shake until your cocktail shaker is frosty on the outside!

  • To garnish your glass with a sugared rim, run a lemon wedge along the outside of your glass. Dip the edge in sugar and tap off the excess sugar.
    Fill your glasses to the top with ice.
  • Divide the St Germain cranberry cocktail evenly between your two glasses and enjoy! Cheers!
