Ingredients
  

For the raspberry cheesecake overnight oatmeal:

  • 1 ⅓ cups rolled oats ⅓ cup per jar
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon per jar
  • 1 cup vanilla whole milk yogurt ¼ cup per jar
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen ¼ cup per jar
  • 2 cups milk of choice ½ cup per jar

Toppings:

  • vanilla whole milk yogurt
  • fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Grab 4 glass jars and in each jar, add ⅓ cup rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

  • Next, add ¼ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen works) and ¼ cup whole milk vanilla yogurt.

  • Top with ¾ cup milk of choice.

  • Stir very well to combine your raspberry cheesecake overnight oats ingredients. Make sure the chia seeds are mixed in well!

  • Top with some extra yogurt and a couple of fresh raspberries. Add lids. Store in the fridge overnight. These will be good for up to 5 days.
    Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave.
