Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water or milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all of your ingredients.
    2 cups fresh baby spinach, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 cup frozen banana, ½ cup whole milk yogurt, 1 tablespoon cashew butter, 1 ½ cups coconut water or milk of choice
  • Keep blending until smooth and no chunks of spinach are left.
