High Protein Banana Smoothie Bowl

A two ingredient protein banana smoothie bowl is super easy to make and makes a perfect breakfast or healthy dessert! I made my high protein banana smoothie bowl with vanilla plant based protein powder and it has the best vanilla taste, like vanilla ice cream! I love making smoothie bowls in place of ice cream when I'm craving something sweet. My banana smoothie bowl recipe is the perfect base recipe to add in all sorts of flavorings and toppings like nut butters, superfood powders and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ frozen bananas
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

Banana smoothie bowl topping ideas

  • chia pudding
  • strawberries
  • kiwi, sliced
  • hemp seeds
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, blend the frozen bananas and protein powder until smooth. You may have to turn off your blender to stir down the frozen pieces of banana.
  • Scoop into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
