Dalgona Coffee made with vanilla soy milk. A super delicious frothy coffee drink with a hint of warm cinnamon. My dalgona coffee recipe is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan friendly.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the coffee powder, sugar, cinnamon, and boiling water until thick and frothy.
In a glass, add the ice cubes, then the milk.
Scoop your frothy coffee on top.
