Dalgona Coffee with Soy Milk (GF, DF, V)

Dalgona Coffee made with vanilla soy milk. A super delicious frothy coffee drink with a hint of warm cinnamon. My dalgona coffee recipe is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan friendly.

Ingredients
  

For the dalgona coffee whip:

  • 2 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon boiling water
  • pinch cinnamon

To serve:

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the coffee powder, sugar, cinnamon, and boiling water until thick and frothy.
  • In a glass, add the ice cubes, then the milk.
  • Scoop your frothy coffee on top.
  • Enjoy!
