Matcha Latte

This matcha latte will give you the boost of energy you need without the coffee jitters! Made with steamed soy milk and matcha green tea powder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder **
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla soy milk ***
  • Optional sweeteners:
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whisk 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into a splash of your milk in a mug.
  • Steam the rest of your milk.
  • Pour your steamed milk into the mug.
  • Enjoy immediately!

Notes

**I used soy milk in this recipe but you can use the milk that you like!
