Easy Strawberry Smoothie No Banana

Simple strawberry smoothie made with just 4 healthy ingredients! I made my deliciously sweet strawberry smoothie with just frozen strawberries, yogurt, hemp seeds, and coconut water! This strawberry smoothie has no bananas, no milk and no sugar! It makes the perfect quick and healthy breakfast to drink on the go and keep you full for hours.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add all of your ingredients.
    2 cups frozen strawberries, ½ cup whole milk yogurt, 1 tablespoon hemp seeds, 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • Turn your blender on and blend on medium to high speed until there are no chunks of strawberries left.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
