Equipment

  • 4 glass jars with lids

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled (old fashioned) oats ½ cup per jar
  • ¼ cup chia seeds 1 tablespoon per jar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla yogurt for sweeter flavor) ¼ cup per jar
  • 2 cups vanilla soy milk (or milk of choice) ½ cup per jar
  • 4 fresh peaches 1 peach per jar

Instructions

  • Gather your 4 glass jars. I like to use glass because it gives you the option of heating up your overnight oats in the morning if you like to eat them warm.
  • Divide each ingredient between the 4 jars.
  • Whisk together with a fork to completely combine.
Make sure you don't have any chunks of chia seeds-- those need to be properly mixed in so they will gel properly.
  • Cover your jars and store them in the fridge until you're ready to eat them!
They will last up to 5 days so if you're not going to eat all 4, simply make less.
Or, if you're preparing for more than one person, double or triple the recipe!
