My healthy apple crisp with oats and almond flour is gluten free, dairy free, and vegan! It is easy to make in under an hour and filled with healthy ingredients like maple syrup, cinnamon, old fashioned oats, almond flour, pecans, and coconut oil.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel and chop 6 apples. Add them to a 9" round pie dish.

Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Toss to evenly coat the apples in the cinnamon mixture and set aside.

For the healthy crumb topping:
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup old fashioned oats, ½ cup super fine almond flour, ½ cup chopped pecans, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ cup melted coconut oil, and ¼ cup maple syrup. Mix until fully combined.

Pour the crumb topping evenly over the top of the cinnamon apples.Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
