Notes

HOW TO MAKE MERMAID TAIL
Mix together your favorite yogurt or kefir with super food powders for colorings. For this mermaid tail I used a blend of strawberry yogurt mixed with a little goji berry powder. For the seashells, I simply used plain vanilla yogurt with a tiny bit of peanut butter.
Spoon your yogurt mixtures into molds (I use a silicone tail mold and silicone shell molds).
Freeze them in the mold overnight, and use your edible seashells for smoothie bowl and dessert toppings!
