Pink Mermaid Smoothie Bowl with Edible Seashells & Mermaid Tail
This pink mermaid smoothie bowl is a super tasty and fun breakfast recipe! Smooth and creamy, this mermaid smoothie bowl is made naturally pink with black goji berry powder! Just a blender required!
Scoop your smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. I love using different fruits, nuts/ seeds, and nut butters on top of mine.

Notes
HOW TO MAKE MERMAID TAILMix together your favorite yogurt or kefir with super food powders for colorings. For this mermaid tail I used a blend of strawberry yogurt mixed with a little goji berry powder. For the seashells, I simply used plain vanilla yogurt with a tiny bit of peanut butter. Spoon your yogurt mixtures into molds (I use a silicone tail mold and silicone shell molds).Freeze them in the mold overnight, and use your edible seashells for smoothie bowl and dessert toppings!Nutritional information is only an estimate.
