These birthday cake energy balls are so easy to make! Soft & sweet, these healthy birthday cake bites are made with coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, cashew butter and more! Just a mixing bowl required to make them! My birthday cake energy balls are also gluten free, dairy free, and vegan friendly.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients: ½ cup protein powder, ¼ cup flax seeds, ¼ cup coconut flour, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup cashew butter, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil, and 2 tablespoons natural sprinkles.Mix well to combine.
Let your dough rest for 10 minutes.
Roll into 12 equal sized balls. Enjoy!
