Cookie Dough Smoothie Bowl (Thick & Creamy!)

Healthy Cookie Dough Smoothie bowl for a fun and delicious summer treat! My healthy cookie dough smoothie is made with homemade chickpea cookie dough and frozen bananas. All you need to make this creamy cookie smoothie bowl is a high powered blender or food processor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • splash of milk as needed
  • ¼ of chickpea cookie dough recipe see notes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add 2 frozen bananas, 1 scoop protein powder, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
    Scoop into a bowl and stir in chickpea cookie dough balls (I used ¼ of my chickpea cookie dough recipe, see the notes for the recipe).
    Enjoy!
