Ocean smoothie bowl for breakfast or dessert! My blue smoothie bowl is made with frozen fruit and blue spirulina powder. All you need to make this super healthy ocean bowl is your blender and frozen fruits!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ teaspoon blue spirulina
  • ¼ teaspoon green spirulina
  • splash milk of choice if needed

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen banana, frozen mango, blue spirulina, and green spirulina to your blender. Add a splash of milk if needed to get your blender going.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Use your tamper or turn the blender off to stir the ingredients down towards the blades.
  • Scoop your blue smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy!
