For the red smoothie bowl base:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries

optional smoothie bowl add-ins:

  • 1 scoop protein or collagen powder good for extra protein
  • splash milk of choice you may need to get your blender going

red smoothie bowl toppings:

  • raspberries
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • coquitos
  • sprouted buck seed

Instructions
 

To make the red smoothie bowl:

  • In your blender add a splash of milk (if needed). Add 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen banana, and 1 cup frozen dark cherries.
    Add any optional add-ins like collagen powder or protein powder.
    Turn your blender on low and use your tamper to push the ingredients down towards the blades.
    Or, turn your blender off and scrape the frozen bits down towards the blades.
    Continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Scoop your red smoothie into a bowl.
    Add your favorite toppings.
    Enjoy immediately!
