Instructions
To make the red smoothie bowl:
In your blender add a splash of milk (if needed). Add 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen banana, and 1 cup frozen dark cherries. Add any optional add-ins like collagen powder or protein powder.Turn your blender on low and use your tamper to push the ingredients down towards the blades.Or, turn your blender off and scrape the frozen bits down towards the blades.Continue to blend until smooth and creamy.
