Ingredients
  

For the Rainbow Fruit Salad:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 fresh mangoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 4 kiwi, chopped
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups red grapes

For the Honey Lime Mint Dressing:

For the Rainbow Fruit Salad:

  • Chop all fruit and add it to a large bowl.

For the Honey Lime Mint Dressing:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until pureed completely.
  • Pour the honey lime mint dressing over the fruit salad.
  • Toss to completely coat the fruit with the dressing.
  • Enjoy!
