Raspberry Lemon Chia Seed Water

Raspberry lemon chia seed water is a super refreshing and easy recipe to make! Chia seed water is excellent for weight loss, gut health, and balancing hormones! All you need to make this chia seed water recipe is chia seeds, red raspberries, a fresh lemon, and raw honey.

  • In a large mason jar, add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 cup red raspberries, 1 tablespoon raw honey, and the juice of 1 lemon.
  • Pour in 3 cups of water and stir immediately until all ingredients are combined together.
  • Let your chia water rest for 1-2 minutes. Stir again, breaking up any clumps of chia seeds on the bottom of the jar. Repeat this step 1 more time.
  • Cover your jar with a tight fitting lid.
    Shake to combine.
  • Let your chia seed water rest 10-15 minutes or overnight.
