Healthy and delicious pumpkin smoothie that is excellent for weight loss! My easy pumpkin smoothie recipe is made with healthy ingredients like banana, pumpkin puree, and yogurt! This recipe is gut healthy, gluten free, and vegan friendly. You can also turn this recipe into a delicious thick and creamy pumpkin smoothie bowl!
In a silicone ice cube tray, freeze about ½ cup pumpkin puree.
Once pumpkin puree is frozen solid (I freeze mine overnight), add it to your blender along with 1 frozen banana, ½ cup yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, and add a splash of milk as needed. It is best to keep blending and not add milk for the most thick smoothie bowl texture.
Scoop into a bowl and enjoy a delicious fall smoothie bowl!
