Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • ⅛-1/4 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened vanilla soy milk

Instructions
 

  • In your blender, add 2 cups frozen pineapple and ⅛ cup of milk.
  • Turn your blender on low and push frozen fruit down towards the blades with your tamper.
  • Turn up the speed to medium and keep blending until your smoothie bowl is completely blended.
  • Scoop into a coconut bowl.
  • Add your favorite toppings.
  • Enjoy!
