Iced blue milk espresso latte recipe card photo

Blue Milk Iced Latte with Espresso (Layered Blue Latte)

Blue milk iced latte with espresso is a super fun and unique espresso fusion recipe! It is made with butterfly pea powder blue milk and a double shot of espresso poured on top. I made my layered blue milk latte with dairy free milk, but you can use any kind of milk that you like! And, if you want to use cold brew coffee on top instead of espresso, that is another option!
