You can make thick smoothie bowls without banana or with banana it is up to you! The recipe in this image is made with a blend of frozen fruit, but you can use any frozen fruits that you want!
2cupsfrozen fruit of choiceI used a mix of pineapple, mango, peach, and strawberry for the one in the image
¼cupmilk of choiceI used soy milk
Smoothie bowl toppings
Fresh sliced fruit
Nuts & seeds
Sugar free granola
In a blender add the 2 cups of frozen fruit and ¼ cup of milk.
Turn blender on low and start pushing fruit down towards the blades with your blender tamper.(if you don't have a tamper, just turn off the blender and scrape the frozen fruit down periodically)
Turn up the speed and keep pushing frozen fruit down towards the blades until there are no chunks of frozen fruit left.
Scoop into a bowl.
Smooth out the top of your smoothie bowl.
Add toppings and enjoy!
