How to puree blueberries for chia pudding
Add 2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries to your blender. If using frozen blueberries (my personal preference they tend to be juicier), allow to thaw.
Blend on high for about 30 seconds until your blueberries are totally pureed. Set aside while you make the vanilla chia seed pudding.
How to make make the chia seed pudding with no clumps
Grab 4 small mason jars or any small glass container with a lid. In each jar add 2 tablespoons chia seeds, ½ teaspoon vanilla, ½ tablespoon honey, and ½ cup milk of choice.
Use a fork to whisk your chia seeds very well. Make sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the jars to help prevent chia seeds from sticking and creating clumps.Let your chia seeds rest about 30 seconds and then mix again. You should mix your chia seed pudding about 5 times within the first 5 minutes, resting in between mixes, to prevent clumps from forming.
Divide the pureed blueberries evenly over top of your chia pudding. Add the lids and store your mixed blueberry chia pudding in the fridge overnight! These jars will last up to 5 days in the fridge.
