My high protein smoothie bowl is so delicious and a great bowl you can eat as a healthy breakfast. This thick protein smoothie bowl recipe is made with just 4 simple ingredients and can be made in no time. You can use any milk or protein powder you want to make it vegan, dairy free, and gluten free friendly.

Ingredients
  

For the protein smoothie bowl

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I used vanilla pea protein
  • ½ cup milk of choice I used soy milk

Toppings

  • kiwi, sliced
  • cashew butter

Instructions
 

  • In your blender, add frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, protein powder, and milk.

  • Blend until there are no frozen fruit chunks left and your smoothie is totally creamy.
  • Scoop into a bowl, add kiwi, cashew butter, or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL WITHOUT PROTEIN POWDER- In place of protein powder, add ½ cup Greek yogurt or 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter to your blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy. 
PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL WITHOUT BANANA- In place of banana, add 1 cup of frozen mangoes, another 1 cup of frozen  mixed berries, or leave the banana out. Blend and enjoy!
