Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon golden milk latte mix
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk (unsweetened) or milk of choice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 shots espresso

Instructions
 

  • Mix the turmeric powder with the maple syrup at the bottom of your glass.
  • Whisk in all the milk to totally incorporate the turmeric powder.
  • Add your ice and then your espresso shots.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Another way to make a turmeric latte with espresso is to blend the milk, turmeric powder (golden milk mix), and sweetener in a blender. Then, pour it over ice. Then, add your espresso!
