Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats
These strawberries & cream overnight oats are one of my favorite spring oatmeal recipes! They are made with vanilla yogurt and strawberries to give that delicious strawberries and cream flavor.
- ½ cup rolled (old fashioned) oats low FODMAP & Gluten Free use Gluten Free Oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt low FODMAP & Vegan use almond milk yogurt
- ¾ cup milk of choice low FODMAP & Vegan use almond milk
- ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
Optional for added sweetness
Add all to a mason jar and cover tightly. Shake or stir to combine. Place in the fridge overnight. Eat hot or cold. If you heat it, it will get thicker so add more milk as needed!
