These strawberries & cream overnight oats are one of my favorite spring oatmeal recipes! They are made with vanilla yogurt and strawberries to give that delicious strawberries and cream flavor.

Equipment

  • Mason jar

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled (old fashioned) oats low FODMAP & Gluten Free use Gluten Free Oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt low FODMAP & Vegan use almond milk yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk of choice low FODMAP & Vegan use almond milk
  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen

Optional for added sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Add all to a mason jar and cover tightly.
    Shake or stir to combine.
    Place in the fridge overnight.
  • Eat hot or cold.
    If you heat it, it will get thicker so add more milk as needed!
