These strawberries & cream overnight oats are one of my favorite spring oatmeal recipes! My strawberry overnight oatmeal recipe is made with vanilla yogurt and strawberries to give that delicious strawberries and cream flavor.

Equipment

  • 4 mason jars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled (old fashioned) oats ½ cup per jar
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon per jar
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt (unsweetened) ¼ cup per jar
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon per jar
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey ½ tablespoon per jar
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ cup rolled oats to each mason jar.

  • Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds to each mason jar.

  • Add ¼ cup whole milk yogurt to each mason jar.

  • Add ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract and ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey next.

  • Top with ½ cup strawberries and ¾ cup milk of choice.
    ¾ cup milk of choice, ½ cup strawberries
  • Shake or stir to combine.
    Place in the fridge overnight.
    Eat hot or cold.
    If you heat it, it will get thicker so add more milk as needed!
