These healthy strawberry popsicles are the perfect summer treat. My homemade strawberry fruit popsicles are made with fresh in season strawberries, water, and manuka honey for a little extra sweetness! This is a super easy popsicle recipe that is great for toddlers, kids, and moms!
2-4tablespoonmanuka honeyomit if making for babies
½cup watersubstitute full fat coconut milk or full fat greek yogurt for creamy popsicles
Instructions
Add the strawberries, manuka honey, and water to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely pureed.
Using a funnel, fill your popsicle molds almost all the way full, leaving a bit of room for expansion during freezing. If you have smaller/larger molds you may come out with more or less than 8 popsicles.
Add the sticks to your molds, place in the freezer. I like to freeze them overnight to make sure they are completely frozen.
Enjoy!
