Healthy Strawberry Popsicles with Honey

These healthy strawberry popsicles are the perfect summer treat. My homemade strawberry fruit popsicles are made with fresh in season strawberries, water, and manuka honey for a little extra sweetness! This is a super easy popsicle recipe that is great for toddlers, kids, and moms!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced ~4 ½-5 cups whole strawberries
  • 2-4 tablespoon manuka honey omit if making for babies
  • ½ cup water substitute full fat coconut milk or full fat greek yogurt for creamy popsicles

Instructions
 

  • Add the strawberries, manuka honey, and water to a blender or food processor.

  • Blend until completely pureed.

  • Using a funnel, fill your popsicle molds almost all the way full, leaving a bit of room for expansion during freezing. If you have smaller/larger molds you may come out with more or less than 8 popsicles.

  • Add the sticks to your molds, place in the freezer. I like to freeze them overnight to make sure they are completely frozen.
