My kombucha mojito mocktail is the perfect summer drink! Whether you don't drink alcohol, or are looking for something a bit more hydrating than your classic mojito, this mocktail is made without the alcohol!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves about 2 stalks with the leaves removed
  • 1 teaspoon raw cane sugar can leave out if you are avoiding sugar or substitute coconut sugar
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Ice to fill the glass
  • 1 cup kombucha use any flavor you like! For the one photographed, I used cranberry peach

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, add the ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon raw cane sugar, and the juice of 2 limes. Use your pestle to crush the mint leaves until they look very soggy.
  • Add ice to fill the glass.
  • Add kombucha to fill the glass. Depending on the size of your glass, this may be 1-1 ½ cups of kombucha. Use any flavor of kombucha you like to experiment with different kombucha mojitos!
