Berry and Muesli Yogurt Bowl

Triple berry and muesli yogurt bowl is a simple and easy breakfast idea! Made with just 3 healthy ingredients: frozen mixed berries, greek yogurt, and muesli. High in protein, fiber, and antioxidants!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup any flavor greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup muesli
  • 1 cup mixed berries I used frozen and thawed them

Instructions
 

  • Add your greek yogurt to a bowl. You can use any kind of greek yogurt you like! Just make sure it doesn't contain too much added sugar.
  • Next, add the mixed berries on top of the greek yogurt. If you are using frozen berries, thaw them in the microwave. Or, you can put them out the night before to thaw naturally in the fridge.
  • Add your muesli on top and enjoy!
  • This is also a great breakfast to prepare ahead of time for meal prep.
    Simply put all ingredients in containers in the fridge and you have breakfast ready to go!
    NOTE: If you prefer to keep your muesli on the crispier side, store it in a small container separately from the berries and the yogurt.
