These healthy peanut butter cookies couldn't be more delicious! Flavorful and chewy, these peanut butter cookies are made with almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, and of course peanut butter! Just a mixing bowl, cookie tray, and 6 ingredients required to make healthy peanut butter cookies with no flour and no added sugar! Excellent for toddlers and weight loss!
Add all ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl.
1 cup creamy peanut butter, ½ cup pure maple syrup, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 lg egg, ¼ cup almond flour, 2 tablespoon coconut flour, pinch pink sea salt
Mix healthy peanut butter cookie ingredients until completely combined. Place your batter in the fridge for about 10 minutes to help the dough firm up more and leave time for the coconut flour to absorb liquids.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Roll your dough into 12-18 equal sized balls.
Press with a fork to flatten.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes or until slightly golden brown at the edges.Allow your cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to the cooling rack.
