Pink Pitaya Latte (Pink Dragon Fruit Latte)

This pink pitaya latte is a fun caffeine free drink to make on a cold winter day. My pink latte is dye free, with the pink color coming from super food pink pitaya powder. Made with just 3 ingredients, this pink pitaya latte can be ready in no time!

  • In a mug, mix together 1 teaspoon pink pitaya powder, 1 tablespoon honey, and the optional collagen powder.
    note: if you are using the collagen powder, you may need a splash of milk.
  • Use a milk frother to steam your milk until its hot.
    Whisk half of the milk into the pink pitaya mixture until completely combined.
    Pour the other half in and enjoy!
