Blegian Dark Chocolate Waffles

These Belgian dark chocolate waffles are healthy chocolate waffles! Light and crispy chocolate waffles are made with nutrient dense raw cacao powder, kefir, and other super foods!

For the Dark Chocolate Belgian Waffle Batter:

Waffle Toppings:

  • My coconut whip cream
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Extra dark chocolate melted

Instructions
 

  • First, combine the dry ingredients together.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, plain kefir, the melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Next, fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  • Stir in 3 scoops of chocolate collagen to make it “chocolatier”
  • Scoop by ½ cup scoops into a hot waffle maker and cook until the steam stops coming out or your waffle is done.
  • Finally, top your chocolate waffles with whipped cream and fruit, or whatever you like on them!
  • Store in the fridge up to 3 days or in an airtight container in the freezer up to a month!
