Hummus is so easy to make!
Soak and cook dried chickpeas until they are very soft. No need to remove skin!
Buy the highest quality you can find. Fresh ground is best.
Fresh squeezed lemon juice, fresh garlic, and just a touch of sea salt.
Add chickpea water as needed while the blender is running for a light whipped texture.
