Healthy Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

My easy pumpkin cinnamon rolls are super fluffy and delicious. I made my pumpkin cinnamon buns with healthier ingredient swaps like whole wheat flour and pure maple syrup.

Healthy Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls with Luscious Cream Cheese Frosting!!

My healthy pumpkin roll dough is made with healthier swaps like half wheat flour and pure maple syrup.

Start by mixing the wet ingredients together in your standing mixer.

Add the dry ingredients on top- half wheat flour half white, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt.

Mix until a ball of pumpkin dough comes together. Rise for 1 hour or until double in size.

Add the healthy cinnamon roll filling made with walnuts and maple syrup!

Roll and cut your pumpkin cinnamon rolls. Then rise for another 30 minutes for extra fluffy rolls.

Bake and then top your healthy pumpkin cinnamon rolls with a lightened up cream cheese frosting!
