Start with a mashed sweet potato. The sweet potato makes the ultimate fudgy base in my healthy brownies.
Next add 100% dark chocolate melted with almond butter. This adds that decadent dense dark chocolate flavor to your brownies.
Add the rest of your healthy ingredients- egg, maple syrup, coconut oil, cacao powder, and coconut flour!
And if you're a chocolate lover don't forget to stir in extra dark chocolate chips!
