Mango overnight oats! My easy mango overnight oatmeal recipe is perfect for meal prep. These vegan mango overnight oats make the best quick easy healthy breakfast to go!

Made with tropical flavors like mango and coconut they are so delicious!

Start with rolled (old fashioned) oatmeal


Add chia seeds


Add coconut yogurt (which makes these mango overnight oats vegan friendly)


Add coconut flakes, mango, and coconut milk. Cover and stir!


Soak your mango overnight oatmeal in the fridge overnight and enjoy warm or cold!
