My traditional hummus with beetroot powder is super easy to make and healthy! Plus pink hummus it is a pretty dish to put out as an appetizer when you have guests over.
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse for 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
