Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup milk of choice I use soy milk

  • In you blender add, frozen peaches, frozen blueberries, protein powder, and milk of choice.

HOW TO MAKE A PEACH BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE- If you want a drinkable smoothie and not a smoothie bowl, simply add 1 ½ cup of milk instead of ½ cup of milk to your blender. Blend, pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
