For the Greek Yogurt Bar:

  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter sub cashew or almond butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup sub honey or date syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • dash sea salt

For the Chocolate Crunch Shell:

  • Mix Greek yogurt popsicle mix together in a bowl.
    Divide the Greek yogurt mixture between 8 popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze flat in your freezer at least 2 hours but overnight is best!
    1 cup full fat Greek yogurt, ¼ cup peanut butter, ¼ cup pure maple syrup, 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract, dash sea salt

  • Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth and stir in any chopped nuts that you like.
    Dip the frozen Greek yogurt popsicles in the melted dark chocolate.
    Place chocolate dipped yogurt bars on a parchment paper lined plate.
    1 cup 80% or higher dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil, ¼ cup chopped nuts of choice
