Mouthwatering raspberry cheesecake blended overnight oats! Treat yourself this week with a healthy tasty breakfast. My easy blended raspberry cheesecake overnight oatmeal makes the perfect healthy breakfast to meal prep and enjoy all week long!
Grab 4 glass jars with tight fitting lids and your blender.In your blender add the blended cheesecake oatmeal base ingredients: Blend until totally pureed and then divide between 4 glass jars or containers.
2 cups rolled (old fashioned) oatmeal, 4 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 cup raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries, 3 cups milk of choice, ¼ cup raw honey, pure maple syrup, or pitted dates
Mix together the healthy "cheesecake" Greek yogurt topping in a small bowl.Scoop the Greek yogurt topping evenly over your blended cheesecake overnight oats.
1 cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup raw honey, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, pinch sea salt

Not Blended Cheesecake Overnight Oatmeal Instructions:
Grab 4 glass jars and in each jar, add ½ cup rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Next, add ¼ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen works) and ¼ cup whole milk yogurt.
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt, 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
Top with ¾ cup milk of choice.
3 cups milk of choice
Stir very well to combine your raspberry cheesecake overnight oats ingredients. Make sure the chia seeds are mixed in well!
Top with some extra yogurt and a couple of fresh raspberries. Add lids. Store in the fridge overnight. These will be good for up to 5 days.Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave.
