Blended Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

My blended strawberries & cream overnight oats are one of my favorite spring oatmeal recipes! My strawberry blended overnight oatmeal recipe is made with vanilla yogurt and strawberries to give that delicious strawberries and cream flavor.

Equipment

  • 4 mason jars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled (old fashioned) oats ½ cup per jar
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon per jar
  • 3 cups milk of choice ¾ cup per jar
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon per jar
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey 1 tablespoon per jar
  • 2 cups strawberries ½ cup per jar
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt (unsweetened) ¼ cup per jar

Instructions
 

How to Make Blended Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats:

  • Grab your blender and add the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk of choice, 1 teaspoon of the vanilla extract, and 1 cup of the strawberries. You can also add some pitted dates, pure maple syrup, or raw honey here if you like sweeter oats.
    Blend until the oats are totally pureed and then divide between 4 glass jars.
    Next, make the healthy "cream" layer,
    Grab a small bowl and add the yogurt, the other teaspoon of vanilla and 4 tablespoons of honey.
    Mix well to combine and then scoop evenly on top of the blended strawberry oats.
    Finally, top with the remaining 1 cup of sliced strawberries (about ¼ cup per jar).
    Cover tightly and then store in the fridge up to 5 days. Enjoy!

How to Make Classic (Not Blended) Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats:

  • Add ½ cup rolled oats to each mason jar.
    2 cups rolled (old fashioned) oats
  • Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds to each mason jar.

  • Add ¼ cup whole milk yogurt to each mason jar.
    1 cup whole milk yogurt (unsweetened)

  • Add ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract and ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey next.

  • Top with ½ cup strawberries and ¾ cup milk of choice.
    3 cups milk of choice, 2 cups strawberries
  • Shake or stir to combine.
    Place in the fridge overnight.
    Eat hot or cold.
    If you heat it, it will get thicker so add more milk as needed!
